Motorola Edge 70 leak: “Impossibly thin” design with Pantone color

Fresh leaks reveal more about the upcoming Motorola Edge 70. Months ago, a render appeared online showing a rather standard Edge-series design. Now, leakster Evan Blass has shared what looks like an official image — and it’s quite different from before.

The new render shows lime-green accents on the four raised circles of the camera island (three cameras plus LED flash) and a matching side button, which were not present in earlier leaks.

Another key change: the phone seems to feature a flat display, much less curved than the Edge 60. The small square on the back confirms Motorola’s continued partnership with Pantone, meaning more color options should be available.

But the real highlight is the tagline: “Impossibly thin and incredibly tough.” Thinness has become a trend, driven by Apple and Samsung rivalry. The Edge 60 measured 7.9mm (8.2mm for some colors), making it average in this regard.

Apart from its foldable Razr models, Motorola has never released a phone thinner than 7mm. So the big question is: how thin can the Moto Edge 70 really be?
